About The Harmonic Soul

I am Robin Workman.  I began working with energy after 30 years of  running my landscape and lawn care business.  Really, I had been working  with energy all along, but I didn't know it.

As I was  outgrowing strenuous physical labor, I became interested in yoga.  I envisioned lengthening my muscles and finding calm, but I had no idea  how any of it worked.  I learned yoga was not just "exercising" the physical body, but more about getting to know myself, who I was, and how I moved in the world.  It was also my introduction to energy work. 

I realized, through the wonderful life tidbits my  teacher would weave into class, that I had something to say, something I wanted to share with others. After a couple of years, I took the 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and began teaching. 

I found myself drawn to teaching a slow, meditative practice, one where the students could sink in and investigate not only what they were doing but why.   With the onset of the pandemic in 2020, I had some free time on my hands.  I was mentored in Astrology by a retired Hypno Therapist/  Astrology Therapist. Then in late 2021, I met a Reiki Master and received my Usui Reiki III attunements in 2022. 

Each piece adds something new as I continue to discover myself and share my learning with others.
